General InformationAll prices are per ticket/person unless otherwise specified. You will need a ticket to visit our park. We do not allow guests to walk around unattended, as our exhibits are designed for guide supervision. You can find a full list of our current experiences here: https://book.singenuity.com/469/activity Please be respectful of our animal ambassadors. In many cases, you may touch and pet our animals but we do not allow them to be restrained, for the safety of you and our animals. We have a no-refund policy. Tickets are non-refundable. Under certain circumstances, and with proper notice (24 hrs before your ticket) credit may be given for rebooking a future experience with us. A portion of our facility and encounter tours are under covered shelter, however, the walking tour portion is not covered. In the case of rain, tours will still be held. Please dress accordingly. In the event of lightning, guests will be moved to safety. The park is located outside and parts of the walking tour are on concrete, grass, and gravel. It is recommended that comfortable walking shoes are worn during your visit. The terrain is relatively flat and acceptable for wheelchairs. Outside animals, including dogs, are not allowed to attend due to the fact that we have live animals, and cannot predict how they and your pet will interact. This is for everyone's safety. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit so we can have you checked in and begin the presentation on time. If you arrive late, there is no guarantee you will get the full presentation experience. We ask that you purchase your tickets prior to your visit. We only have select dates and times that we are open and each time slot has a max amount of participants to ensure everyone has a memorable experience. Each encounter is specific to the animal being encountered. Some animals are dangerous to pet or are solitary so our encounter will allow you to get up-close without endangering you or our animals. Most of the time if an animal can't be touched, we offer interactive opportunities to still get that bonding moment with our animals! Portable Restrooms (Porta Potty) are available for guests and are cleaned regularly. We do not allow smoking or vaping at our facility and ask that you step outside of our perimeter fence to do so. Standard public attire is required. (Ex: Shirt, Shoes, and Shorts/Pants/Etc.)

Otter Swim InformationThe Otter Swim ticket also includes the full Encounter Tour (with Kangaroo, Sloth, and Aardvark or Capybara Add-on Encounters included). It's roughly a 3-hour experience, including time with the otters which lasts about 45 minutes. Swims will still happen in cases of rain. The pool is evacuated in the event of lighting. In cases of inclement weather, tickets may be rescheduled. The pool is heated (about 75 degrees), but we will have to close and reschedule the swim if air temps get too cold (about 50 degrees). Two changing rooms are available on the pool deck, you will have time to change after the encounter tour and before your swim if needed. We do not have an observation deck for bystanders to view otter swims, those wanting to participate must purchase a ticket to access the pool. You will not be able to watch others swim as the pool area is surrounded by netting and privacy fencing. While in the pool, you are an observer. We do not allow the otters to be restrained, both for the safety of you and our otters. You may touch and pet the otters, we just ask that you are respectful of our animals. We recommend removing any loose jewelry, strings, ties, etc. and recommend not wearing any clothing/bathing suits with strings or ties. The otters will pull on/untie these items and we are not responsible for any damage. We also recommend not wearing water shoes or goggles during the swim. Personal cameras/phones are allowed for photos in the pool at your own risk. The otters are often distracted by new things and we are not responsible for any damages. The minimum age for an otter swim experience is 16 years old. Guests under 18 are required to have an adult accompanying them in the pool (ticket required). Kid-Friendly Swims are available on specific dates and times for ages 10+. Children must have an adult in the pool with them (ticket required).

Sloths do not want to be touched or pet as it causes an incredible amount of stress to them.
