This approximately three-hour experience brings a full animal adventure and an otter swim together in one visit. Animal participation and specific interactions vary, so every visit has its own wild moments.

Before You Visit
Get your tickets online ahead of time and complete each guest’s waiver from the link in your confirmation email. It saves time at check-in.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early. We are open daily, 9 AM–5 PM, but check the ticket site for actual dates and times. Your experience starts at the time on your ticket.
Bring a bathing suit, towel, sunscreen and water. Leave jewelry, water shoes, goggles, swim caps and loose swimsuit ties out of the pool. Wetsuits are not recommended.
Every swimmer needs a ticket. Guests under 18 must have a ticketed adult with them in the pool. There is no bystander observation deck. Animal participation and specific interactions vary.
